KENTAU: THE MAIN GOAL IS TO ENSURE STABILITY IN THE WORKFORCE

• On March 27, 2025, a meeting with employers and employees of local enterprises and organizations was held in the city of Kentau under the organization of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Carrying out explanatory work on compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• During the meeting, the state labor inspector of the Turkestan Region Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Otegenuly Tulenov made a report on the legality of labor relations between the employer and employee in order to ensure stability in the labor team.

• At the end of the meeting, the state labor inspector of the Department Mukhtar Otegenuly gave an explanation in accordance with the laws of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal questions related to labor relations posed by employees and employers.
