On March 27, 2026, a regular meeting of the Ulken Naryn District Public Council was held in the building of the regional branch of the AMANAT party. The meeting was attended by members of the Public Council, senior Civil Protection engineer of Ulken Naryn district -Temirzhanova Zhadra Nuralbekovna, akims of Novo-Khairuzovsky, Solonovsky, Altynbelsky and Novopolyakovsky rural districts, as well as Suleimenov Marat Akhmetkalievich, head of the KGP Narynkomkhozservice of Ulken Naryn district.

The following issues were considered during the meeting::

about measures taken to prevent floods and reduce their consequences;

about the improvement and sanitary condition of the signs of the boundaries of rural districts;

about the progress of the heating season and the quality of heat supply to the population in the village of Ulken Naryn.

Following the meeting of the Public Council, a number of recommendations were developed aimed at improving the quality of heat supply to the population, improving the sanitary condition and landscaping of rural districts, as well as strengthening work with utility debtors.
