Tsoi Zinaida Vladimirovna has devoted 26 years to water management, making a significant contribution to the development of irrigation systems in the Zhetisu region.

She started her career in the field in 1998 as a warehouse manager at the "Karatalirrigatsia" institution. Since 2024, he has been working as a hydraulic engineer at the "Kushik-Kalpe" main canal of the "Kazsushar" branch in Zhetysu region.
