The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has accredited associations of private business entities and other non-commercial organizations for inclusion in the expert council on entrepreneurship issues under the Ministry.

The principles of accreditation of associations of private business entities and other non-commercial organizations, including the form of the accreditation certificate, grounds for cancellation of accreditation, approved by Order No. 127 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 and certificates of accreditation for recognition of the right to conduct expertise on drafts of normative legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurship within the framework of the activity of the expert council on private entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for a period of three years):
