15.04.2025 18:11:00 2146❗️According to the requirements of fire safety, it is allowed to burn garbage in an open area in windless weather, at least 50 meters away from any buildings, constructions and stored materials, if there are first fire extinguishing means (fire extinguishers, water). Garbage burning should be carried out under constant supervision, only during the day. After burning the garbage, the fire should be carefully filled with water. It is forbidden to leave an unextinguished fire unattended.
For many citizens, it is easier to burn the garbage collected in the yard than to take it to the landfill.
However, carelessness and indifference when burning garbage can lead to a fire and cause irreparable damage. According to Article 336 of the Code, non-observance of the requirements for air protection and fire safety during the collection or burning of waste - for individuals - twenty, for officials - fifty,
for small business entities or non-commercial organizations - two hundred, for medium business entities - three hundred, for large business entities - five hundred monthly calculation indicators.
Fines:
For individuals 20 MEC or 78,640 tenge;
50 MEC or 196,600 tenge for officials;
200 MEC or 786,400 tenge for small businesses and non-commercial organizations;
300 MEC or 1,179,600 tenge for medium-sized businesses;
Residents of the village and
