Government services are becoming more accessible to citizens – some can be accessed without visiting a public service center. This is achieved through the "Personal Manager with Home Visit" service, where a specialist visits the address specified by the applicant. In the first seven months of 2026, approximately 1,500 Kazakhstanis took advantage of this opportunity.

By comparison, over 2,000 people used the "Personal Manager with Home Visit" service in 2025. Last year, the mobile personal manager service was most in demand in the Kyzylorda region, with 540 people using it, followed by 477 in Almaty and 435 in Pavlodar region.

In the first seven months of this year, the top three have changed. The largest number of personal manager visits was recorded in Almaty – 296. Atyrau region ranks second with 277, and Kyzylorda region third with 259.

To use the service, simply submit a request remotely and provide your address. Upon prior request, a front-office specialist will visit the client, provide consultation, accept the necessary documents, and assist with the government service on-site. This approach saves time and is convenient for those who, for various reasons, find it difficult to visit a public service center in person. The "Personal Manager with Home Visit" plan costs 7,447 tenge. This amount is the cost of the service and does not include the state fee.

A mobile personal manager can be used to obtain a wide range of government services. Exceptions include passport and identity card applications, as well as services provided by specialized public service centers, since these services require the individual's presence and completion of the relevant procedures.

You can request a specialist's visit through the "Personal Manager" mobile app or on the official website of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the "Citizen Services" section - "Home Visit by a Personal Manager." You can also submit an application by calling the Unified Contact Center at 1414. When submitting your application, you must fill out the required information and provide the address for a specialist to visit you.
