The Atyrau Oblast Department of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Atyrau Oblast Health Department, held a consultation on the staffing of patient support and internal expert services in medical organizations, strengthening their work, increasing the level of satisfaction of the population with the quality and availability of medical services.
Department Head U.Musabaeva, in accordance with the principles of organizing and conducting internal and external expert opinions on the quality of medical services (assistance), the main requirements for organizing and conducting internal and external expert opinions, the main requirements of the Patient Support Service according to their duties, explained the main reasons for the public appeal according to the applications reviewed in the department in 12 months of 2024, the issues of increasing the level of satisfaction of the population with the quality and availability of medical services according to the validity of the applications.
At the end of the seminar, the questions of the participants were answered.
