THE PRIME MINISTER OF RK MET THE START OF THE NEW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION IN TURKESTAN

The head of the government got acquainted with the beginning of the construction of the new international airport. The facility is located 16 kilometers from the regional center and will be commissioned in December 2020. The carrying capacity of the terminal is planned to be 3 million passengers per year.
Furthermore, Askar Mamin inspected the construction progress of the regional center and visited the administrative, social, cultural and historical facilities under construction. The head of the government visited construction facilities of regional administration buildings, media center, congress hall, "Nur-Sultan" square, People's Service Center. Askar Mamin reviewed the progress of the construction of sports and music schools, a tourist college, a stadium, a student palace and sports palaces among socially significant facilities. In addition, he visited the under construction Kazakh drama theater, the Marriage Palace, as well as a park with attractions, a musical fountain and an amphitheater. A. After that, the Prime Minister visited the construction sites of the new park and the city Arbat.
In Shymkent, Askar Mamin visited the territory of the city sewage treatment facilities and inspected the operation of the sewage treatment system and the sludge treatment complex for electricity generation (biogas plant). At the end of his working visit, the Prime Minister visited the first bus fleet of "Shymkent Bus", where he reported on the organization of regular urban passenger transport and renewal of local public transport rolling stock.
