The reception of citizens on personal issues by the mayor of the city is held regularly, according to the order of the queue. Today, about 30 residents came to the reception of the head of the city Nurzhan Ahatov in his work schedule.

At the reception, applications for housing queues, land legalization, road and lighting, and social assistance were considered. The problems were answered within the framework of the law with the discussion of industry leaders. Some of the questions included in the protocol have been quickly resolved, while some require more time.
