The championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Greco-Roman wrestling among young people under 23 years of age was held in the city of Karagandy. About 400 athletes from different regions of the country took part in the great competition. Kentau athlete Yerasyl Musan, who defended the honor of the national team of Turkestan region in a competitive competition, won a silver medal in the 55 kg category.

Erasyl Amirkhanuly was born in 2007 in the village of Ashchysai, Kentau. He has been engaged in Greco-Roman wrestling since the 4th grade. He is a multiple winner of the RK championships in Greek Roman wrestling. 2nd place in the Asian Championship in 2022, 1st place in the international competition held in Spain in 2024, participant in the World Championship held in Jordan in August 2024.
