Large-scale modernization of 125 railway stations has begun. New airport terminals were built in the cities of Almaty, Shymkent and Kyzylorda. Measures to simplify migration procedures were taken. For example, a pilot project has been launched to allow organized tourist groups to pass without queues at border crossings. This measure made it possible to reduce the time of passport control by 5 times," Olzhas Bektenov said.
