Due to the rise of the water level in the Ulbi river, the roads under the bridge near the Sports Palace, Protazanov Street and Myzy — Voroshilov will be temporarily closed. This decision was made in order to ensure the safety of citizens and prevent emergency situations. Temporary restrictions will be in place until the situation is fully stabilized.
