July 5, 2024 of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 1995 "On introducing changes and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of state control and statistics, improvement of the public protection system, data management, registration of legal entities and prevention of excessive legislative regulation". The Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Accounting Registration of Branches and Representative Offices" has introduced a number of changes related to the registration of commercial legal entities.

According to these changes, the notification procedure for the registration of small business entities has been canceled, in case the founder of the legal entity is a foreign citizen, when joining the legal entity of a foreigner or becoming a participant in a legal entity of a foreigner, when creating a legal entity or joining the legal entity of a foreigner as a participant, a business visa and a temporary residence permit for resident businesses are issued. it is provided that non-resident businesses will be allowed to stay temporarily as business visas and business immigrants.

Similarly, p. 9 of the Law. If changes were introduced and registration was provided in 1 hour in paragraph 1 of the article, then this period was changed to 1 working day by the mentioned Law. In addition, according to Article 11 of the Law on State Registration, one of the reasons for refusal of registration is:

- a foreign founder's passport or other identity document with a notarized Kazakh and Russian translation, as well as A copy of the document confirming the right to register a commercial organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration";

- not to submit copies of a legalized extract of the trade register or any other legalized document, together with a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian, certifying that the founding foreign legal entity is a legal entity under the legislation of a foreign state." provided.

These changes have been implemented since January 2025.
