In SKO, law enforcement officers intensified raiding activities on night streets and entertainment venues. The work is being carried out within the framework of the emergency-prophylactic event "Youth". In the first two days of the event, juvenile police officers discovered 34 cases of minors walking out of the house without legal representatives at night. Their parents were brought to administrative responsibility.

According to the police, in the spring, teenagers try to spend more of their time outside the house and control of their time is more relevant. Lack of supervision is one of the main factors that lead to crimes and offenses committed by minors or may be committed against them.

In case of intentional offenses, other measures of influence before sending to special educational organizations are used. For this purpose, materials on a 17-year-old boy in Mamlyut district were sent to the court within the framework of the Criminal Investigation Department. The reason is frequent absenteeism and administrative violations.

To prevent such situations, the police use various preventive measures. For example, on the 2nd day of the National Security Council, a secret survey was conducted in 37 educational institutions aimed at determining the propensity to commit a crime. Based on its results, police officers and teachers will work together.
