On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan, the "Multiethnic Family" competition was announced at the suggestion of Mangistau region akim Nurdaulet Kilybai in order to strengthen friendship and peace between representatives of different nationalities in the region. General rule
1. The "Multi-Ethnic Family" competition organized within the framework of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Competition) is organized and held by the Mangistau Regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
2. The purpose of the competition is to strengthen friendship and peace between representatives of different nationalities in Kazakhstan; Respecting the culture, traditions and unity of multi-ethnic families; To glorify the family value.
3. Organization and conduct of the competition
3.1. The competition is organized and carried out by the Mangistau Regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
3.2. The organizing committee approves the terms and conditions of the competition.
3.3. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges.
3.4. Provides a prize fund for awarding the winners of the competition.
4. Duration of the competition
4.1. The competition will be held online in the region.
5. Contestants
5.1. Residents of Mangistau region (multi-ethnic families)
5.2. In order to participate in the contest, multi-ethnic families (the family must contain no less than 5 different ethnic groups, as well as documents identifying kinship) must be sent to Ank.konkurs@mail.ru by April 18, 2025. The incoming materials (photos, video duration 3 minutes) will be published on social networks.
6. Procedure and conditions of the contest
6.1. 6.2. Competition format: 6.3. Presentation of the family, ethnicities and history (video or photo-slide show) (children or the whole family together present a work, a poem, a picture or a handicraft). 7. Determination of winners 7.1. Disciplinary rules
8.1. The participants of the competition are obliged to present the necessary materials in accordance with the approved rules.
9. Award

9.1. according to the board's decision, the winning families are determined by the criteria of special creativity and originality, in-depth presentation of culture, conveying ideas of unity and friendship, and are awarded with the nominations "The most multi-ethnic family", "Artistic family", "Master family", "Sympathy of the audience".
