The event was attended by Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Chairman of the Construction and Housing and Utilities Committee of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Kulov, Managing Director of JSC "TKSH Kazortalik" and Azimbek Nalibayev, Head of the Board of the Construction and Housing and Utilities Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan IDM. He said that 695 km of heating, water supply and water supply lines, 21 boilers, 70 pumping stations, sewage system and water treatment facilities and other facilities were built. And this year it is planned to reduce this indicator to 3 again. This is because in 2018, 800 km of heat, water supply and water extraction engineering networks will be built. 

"48 billion allocated in 2017. 103 investment projects were selected for tenge. Now it is planned to build 1185 km of network and 5 boilers. Today, the amount of funds used by natural monopolies subjects is 36.1 billion. tenge or 77% of the total amount. The rest of the funds will be fully utilized by the end of 2018 (the time is 2 years according to the loan mechanism), "said the chairman of the Construction and Housing and Communal Affairs Committee.

Thus, in 2017, 72 projects worth 35.7 billion tenge were financed. In 2018, 49 projects were selected for 33.4 billion tenge, including 27 heat supply projects, 15 water supply projects, and 7 water drainage projects. It is planned to construct and reconstruct approximately 250.6 km of heat, water supply and drainage lines, including 156.2 km of water supply lines and 69.1 km of water drainage lines," said Ruslan Kulov, Managing Director of TKSH KazCenter JSC. 

In 2018, 9 projects worth 3.5 billion tenge were selected according to the pre-made list. It is planned to build and reconstruct 28.4 km of heating networks, 12 block heating stations.

This year, the Kaz Center is involved in budget crediting and subsidization of investment projects, as well as attracting second-level banks to subsidize projects on construction, reconstruction and modernization of heat, water supply and drainage systems.
