According to Clause 1 of Article 16-2 of the Law on Airspace Use and Aviation Activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorized body in the field of civil aviation annually adopts a program to ensure regular supervision. This means a set of activities carried out by the authorized body in the field of civil aviation to maintain the compliance of certified civil aviation users and organizations with the requirements of certification and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the use of airspace and aviation activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 36 users (10 certification inspections, 90 inspections, 49 combined directional and apron inspections);

- 11 users of general aviation (1 certification inspection and 23 inspections);

- 20 organizations servicing and repairing aviation equipment (8 certification inspections and 13 inspections);

- "Kazaeronavigation" 11 branches of RMC (11 inspections of certification services of aeronautical organizations);

- 14 organizations engaged in providing search and rescue flights (14 inspections);

- 24 airports/airfields (13 certification inspections and 29 inspections);

- 8 heliports (8 certification inspections and 8 inspections);

- 23 aviation training center (10 certification checks and 36 inspection checks).

-25 foreign airlines (25 apron checks).

- 4 aviation medical centers and 5 aviation medical experts (9 inspections);

- 44 different inspection and certification checks are planned for subjects in the field of aviation safety.
