According to the information of the Committee of Investments of the IDM of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to improve the investment climate, it is considered to exempt the operating enterprises from corporate income tax for a period of three years. This discount is implemented in case of investment in the amount of 5 million MCI.

The requirements of the newly created legal entity until the date of application for investment privileges are canceled (24 months). In this case, the Tax Code provides for separate accounting. Also, the list of documents to be attached to the application for investment privileges has been optimized. Thus, a number of documents justifying the estimated cost of construction and installation works and the costs of purchasing basic tools, raw materials and materials were removed.

We remind you that the new Tax Code was signed by the Head of State in December 2017 and entered into force on January 1, 2018.
