MORE THAN 10 THOUSAND SMALL VESSELS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE STATE REGISTRY IN KAZAKHSTAN

According to the principles of the document, small-sized ships that cannot sail by themselves, as well as sailing sports ships with a length of not more than 9 meters without an engine and a resting place, will be removed from the ship book registered until January 1, 2014 without the request of the ship owner. This norm was valid until January 1, 2018.

Inspections of the Transport Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of the Republic of Kazakhstan carried out work on the removal of ships from state registration by informing ship owners with the help of the media. In general, 10,790 small ships were removed from state registration across the republic. Today, a total of 19,096 small vessels are registered (2,422 non-self-propelled, 16,688 self-propelled).
