As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on October 23, 2025, through the Zoom platform, a working meeting was held between Acting Deputy Head of the Department of Justice J.J. Kazbayeva and private bailiffs.
During the meeting, issues of achieving target indicators and performance indicators of the Development Plan of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2025 by private bailiffs were discussed, as well as problematic issues of enforcement of court decisions and ways to solve them.
In addition, the meeting participants exchanged views on improving the efficiency of private bailiffs, improving mechanisms for interaction with government agencies, and introducing digital tools into enforcement proceedings.
