As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order", the Prosecutor's office of Aktobe region has established violations of the rights of entrepreneurs in the process of public procurement.

Thus, the local executive body of the Wilsky district did not refund guarantee contributions in excess of 1 million 400 thousand tenge to 27 entrepreneurs under 30 government contracts. 

For example, Kabylan Expert LLP contributed 167,025 tenge as a guarantee contribution at the conclusion of a contract in the amount of 5 million tenge.

Despite the full fulfillment of obligations, the funds were not returned due to an untimely change in the status of the contract on the public procurement portal.

Similar violations were found in Mugalzhar and Irgiz districts.

According to the act of prosecutor's supervision, violations were eliminated, funds in the amount of over 170 million tenge were returned to entrepreneurs, and the perpetrators were brought to disciplinary responsibility.

The work to protect the rights of entrepreneurs continues.
