In accordance with Order No. 385-OD dated December 25, 2024 of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a differentiated tariff for water supply services has been introduced from January 1, 2025, depending on the volume of consumption per person per month.

GKP Kostanay -Su reminds and asks consumers of water supply services to contact the subscription department to verify the registered persons at the address of the homeowner.
Information about registered citizens can be viewed by the homeowner in his "Personal Account" on the e-government Portal(e-Gov).
