Every year on April 15, Kazakhstan celebrates Lovers Day. In honor of this holiday, the Civil Registry Office departments of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in Mangistau Oblast received 26 applications for marriage registration. Of these, 18 were registered in the city of Aktau. On this day, more than 500 families were created in the country.

By the way, 23,835 marriages were registered in Kazakhstan in the first quarter of 2025. Since the beginning of the year, 1,103 young couples have legalized their marriage in the Mangistau region.

Let us remind you that you can apply for marriage registration in Kazakhstan through the Civil Registry Offices, the e-government portal and second-tier bank applications. Government agencies will review the application within 1 working day and in 15 days the registration will be scheduled at the selected Civil Registry Office. If the registration date falls on a non-working day or a holiday, it will be automatically postponed to the next working day.
