This service is available on the eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile application. eGov.kz to get a certificate:
- go through authorization and select the "Health care" - "Medical care" section;
- select the "Certificate on the lack of dynamic control of a disease with mental and behavioral disorders" service;
- Choose who you want to
receive;
- sign the service using one of the available methods;
- you can see the result of the service in your Personal Account
