In order to ensure the speed and transparency of border crossing, we inform you about the launch of the CarGoRuqsat electronic queue system at the checkpoint.: Raw since May 19, 2025.

It should be noted that the electronic queue booking system has already been implemented at the Aksai, Zhenibek, Orda, and Shagan automobile checkpoints and is showing positive results.

The electronic queue system was created and maintained by domestic developers and specialists of the online booking service "CarGoRuqsat" JSC "Information and Accounting Center" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the full participation of the state.

The service is implemented on the basis of the Qoldau digital platform.kz and is free. The task of the CarGoRuqsat electronic queue system is to provide carriers with the opportunity to pre-book queues and automate the verification of necessary documents in information systems.

This ensures the efficiency and transparency of border crossing, helps to prevent congestion of trucks, and allows the state revenue authorities to automatically apply a risk management system.

Carriers planning to leave the territory of Kazakhstan through the Syrym automobile checkpoint need to book a place in the electronic queue using the CarGoRuqsat application.To do this, follow the ttps link://cgr.qoldau.kz/ru/start, register and log in to the CarGoRuqsat app, select a checkpoint, specify the date and time of the border crossing and fill in the details of the driver and vehicle.

(After the application is approved, it is necessary to arrive at the border checkpoint on time.
