State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reminds about the launch of the module “Customs Registers” in IS “Keden” from February 10, 2025. In this regard, the possibility of filing applications and registration of security for the performance of duties of customs carriers and customs representatives through the module “Ensuring TP&C” in IS “Keden” is realized.

This module implements the principle of “one window”, providing centralized provision of public services from application to registration of collateral.

For the convenience of participants of foreign economic activity it is recommended to submit applications through IS “Keden”, except for applications for submission of original copies of the pledge agreement and property valuation report (dosyla), which must be accepted through IS “E-Otinish”.

We also inform you that registration of security of fulfillment of obligations of customs carriers and customs representatives through IS “Astana-1” is discontinued due to the launch of new functionality.
