In honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the National Guard held a solemn event in Astana that combined artistic expression with military precision. A formation of 80 servicemen lined up to form a massive number “80,” symbolizing the years that have passed since Victory Day.
The National Guard’s Honor Guard Company showcased their flawless drill skills in a dramatic performance: they first formed a star — the symbol of bravery and heroism — and then smoothly transitioned into the number “80.”
The unique display was accompanied by a live performance of the song Victory Day by the National Guard’s orchestra and male choir, adding a special sense of solemnity and emotional depth. The celebratory composition filled the parade ground with the spirit of patriotism and pride in the nation’s history.
– We pay tribute to the heroism of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers. Their bravery will forever live in the hearts of all Kazakhstanis. For us, National Guard servicemen, serving the Motherland is not just a duty but a continuation of the great legacy of those who defended it, – noted the participants.
The vibrant patriotic action became a powerful symbol of remembrance, generational unity, the continuity of patriotic values, and loyalty to military duty.
The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to honor the memory of heroes and raise the younger generation on the examples of courage and selflessness.
