As part of enforcement proceedings on confiscation of property of offenders, the head of the branch "Interdistrict Territorial Department of Compulsory Enforcement No. 4" of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region, B.S. Abilkairova, transferred the seized items and (or) instruments of the criminal offense to the Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form of scrap metal. On May 2, 2025, the confiscated property of the offender was transferred to the state. The court verdict was executed.
