The Agency has approved the following key executives in the insurance sector:

1. Aldambergen A.O. – Member of the management body – Independent Director (Minutes No. 250/SO dated 17.06.2025);
2. Lyubimov V.V. – Member of the executive body (Minutes No. 251/SO dated 17.06.2025);
3. Shaukymberdieva G.A. – Chief Accountant (Minutes No. 252/SO dated 17.06.2025);
4. Utkin A.S. – Member of the executive body (Minutes No. 253/SO/T dated 24.06.2025);
5. Shermatov Sh.Zh. – Member of the management body (Minutes No. 254/SO/T dated 27.06.2025);
6. Taitugoleva Ye.S. – Member of the management body (Minutes No. 255/SO dated 30.06.2025).

*In accordance with the qualification requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Insurance Activities", a key executive who has obtained approval from the authorized body for appointment to a leadership position may transfer to a similar position within the same sector without additional approval.
