On May 5, in the Central Library named after Saken Seifullin of the Zhetysu region, a patriotic hour was held on the theme “El Erteni - Bugingi Zhas Ulandar”, dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day.

During the event, a short video “Erlik pen abyroydyn symbols - Otan korgaushylar” was shown, librarian Tursynkhanova Azhar conducted a bibliographic review of the book exhibition “Karuly kush - el tiregi”.

May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day - one of the public holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This day is celebrated as the Day of the Creation of the National Armed Forces of our country. On this day we honor not only professional military men, but also all men who are ready at any moment to defend their country.

At the event, the teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of secondary school № 13 of the city of Taldykorgan Nazgul Zamzabekovna Ualieva made a report, the students of this school read patriotic poems, and the librarian of secondary school № 17 Nazgul Sovezhanovna spoke with best wishes.
