PROJECT MANAGERS OF KAZAID 

Today, we are pleased to introduce Nazgul Sharipova — Project Manager at the Department of Partnerships and Regional Projects of KazAID! 

Nazgul is a graduate of Nazarbayev University, where she completed her Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations with honors. As part of her master’s program, she also studied at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, gaining a broader perspective on Singapore’s approaches in various fields. 

Key milestones in her professional development include an internship at KOICA’s office in the Republic of Korea, where she explored South Korea’s approach to Official Development Assistance (ODA), and completing project management training at the EY Business Academy. 

As a Project Manager, Nazgul oversees the following areas at KazAID:
✅ Programs focused on Europe, North and South America
✅ The “Avicenna: Healthcare” Program
✅ The “Dostyk: Digitalization” Program (2024)

Nazgul is fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh, with A2-level French. Her analytical and creative skills allow her to combine a strategic mindset with visual and communicative thinking. 

Her life motto:
 “Better to do and regret than regret not doing.”
