On May 6, the central library named after Saken Seifullin hosted the regional competition "Bauyrzhan Momyshuly – batyr tulga".

The main goal of this competition is to popularize a person who awakens the honor and spirit of the nation, popularize her feats and merits as a spiritual bond between generations. Remember the heroism and personal qualities of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly and set an example for today's youth.

This year marks the 115th anniversary of the birth of Hero of the Soviet Union, writer, renowned World War II soldier, military commander Bauyrzhan Momyshuly.

This competition, organized for the first time in our library, consisted of the third stage:

Stage I participants on the route "mountain eagle in Tom"

The third stage of the "correct answer" was given to each participant with 5 questions from the life and work of the hero.

The competition was attended by Madina Baymendinova, Deputy director of the Central Library named after Saken Seifullin, Zhunusov Mazhken, a history teacher at Taldykorgan Innovation College, Zholdasova Makpal, a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, Clara Rahimova, a history teacher at Taldykorgan Law College, and poet Kalkaman Abdrakhman.

Following the results of the third stage, Kyzyrkhan Akerke was awarded a diploma of the first degree, Salihat Ayaulym-a diploma of the second degree, Beisengaliev Aldiyar-a diploma of the third degree and special prizes, other participants received letters of thanks.
