Foreign nationals who invest at least USD 300,000 in the charter capital of Kazakhstani companies or in local securities are now eligible to apply for an A6 investor visa, which provides a pathway to a residence permit in Kazakhstan for up to 10 years.

The visa is issued upon electronic request and processed through the Kazakh diplomatic missions abroad based on an invitation from the migration service.

This new program creates a predictable and secure environment for investors, strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as an open and reliable partner for international business.
