The holiday on Tokhtarov Street in VKO became a symbol of unity and continuity of generations

A significant event for the townspeople took place in Ridder, East Kazakhstan Region — a holiday dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory and the memory of Tolegen Tokhtarov, a hero after whom one of the central streets of the city is named.
