On May 8, 2025, the heads of the branches of the "Interdistrict Territorial Enforcement Departments" of the Kostanay Region Department of Justice, together with private bailiffs, notaries, and representatives of local executive bodies, congratulated veterans and presented them with food baskets and commemorative medals.
   Anatoly Mikhailovich Zubov, a home front worker, was congratulated in Rudny. Vasily Mikhailovich Sergeev, who worked in the field during the war and served in the internal affairs bodies for many years after, was congratulated in the Zhitikarinsky district.
   In the Auliekolsky district, the senior state bailiff of the Auliekolsky Interdistrict Territorial Enforcement Department branch, together with the notaries of the district, also expressed gratitude to the home front workers, handing them food baskets as a sign of appreciation for their selfless work during the war. Among those congratulated are Galina Ivanovna Ivanova, Alexandra Sergeevna Lesnyak, Olga Mikhailovna Nikolenko, Lukiya Evtikhievna Pupysheva, Valentina Stepanovna Vlasova and Irina Nikolaevna Chernyaeva.
   Such actions are aimed at preserving historical memory and showing respect for those who contributed to the Victory in the rear.
