A flower-laying ceremony was held in Almaly district in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. The ceremony took place at the monument of Adi Sharipov.
The ceremony was attended by our colleagues from the Almaly district akimat, Chairman of the Almaly District Council of Veterans -Batai Mamanovich Kabylov, Klara Zhagiparovna Mynzhasarova, widow of Adi Sharipov, Ongarbek Sydykbekov, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, students of A. Sharipov School No. 16, pupils of the Bakytty Otbasy Center in Almaly district, representatives of public organizations.
After laying flowers, the participants observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims.
In our welcoming remarks, we and all the speakers noted the importance of the exploits of WWII veterans, as well as preserving the memory of their great exploits and achievements.
