Sultanbek Ibragimovich was engaged in field hockey and in 1982 became the champion of the Soviet Union and the winner of the Union Cup as part of the Dynamo Almaty team. Then he was engaged in field hockey training and became the head coach of the men's and women's national teams of the Kyzylorda region. Today, the students of the master of sports of the USSR, brought up, continue the path of a respected citizen and contribute to the development of hockey on the lawn. At international competitions, athletes brought up by a qualified coach have repeatedly achieved bright achievements. Therefore, many people know that Sultanbek Koblandin left his signature for the prosperity of our state, including The Sports of the Syrdarya region. Our people have long understood the value of Health and considered it the main asset. Therefore, the development of the mass character of sports is one of the strategic priorities of our state. In the direction of the development of the sports industry in the district, buildings are being updated and all conditions are being created.
