Individuals, public associations and other legal entities shall apply the following measures when combating corruption:

1) report facts of corruption offenses known to them in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) make proposals for improving legislation and law enforcement practice on issues of combating corruption;

3) participate in the formation of an anti-corruption culture;

4) interact with other entities combating corruption and the authorized body for combating corruption;

5) request and receive information on anti-corruption activities from government agencies in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) conduct research, including scientific and sociological research, on issues of combating corruption;

7) conduct explanatory work in the media and organize socially significant events on issues of combating corruption.
