On April 23 - National Book Day, a large-scale cultural and educational event was organized at the level of Aktobe region. The main goal of this event was to promote the role of the book in society, to develop the reading culture, and to increase the desire of young people to learn. They took part in a specially organized quiz, tested their knowledge, answered various questions and received prizes.

Besides, artistic and educational books were presented to young employees with the intention of providing them with spiritual food. This initiative is aimed at increasing the interest of young professionals in books and awakening their enthusiasm for reading.

Within the event, representatives of the Department of Information and Communication Technology gave a special interview to the local TV channel "Aktobe" and shared their thoughts about the importance of such cultural events and the place of books in human civilization. The Department of Correctional Services will actively participate in such good initiatives in the future, said Lieutenant Colonel Nurtazin Sabrzhan Bibitovich, head of the department of personnel and educational work of the Department of Correctional Services in Aktobe region.
