Open a book, not a storyteller

About ten days ago, I remembered my childhood when I saw Laura Tastanbek teaching my colleague's little schoolgirl to read. My mother and aunt (my aunt lived with us) also wanted me to read the book aloud. They used to say, "We will listen, and you will remember." True. I re-read complex sentences, my mother and aunt will explain. Mom, if she remembers similar moments in her life, she would read "her book"... We read "Ai and Aisha" by Sherkhan Murtaza several times together, crying and laughing. We also read the book "Secret Vault" many times, which inevitably reminds us of the events of the doomsday period of the previous years. When we were engrossed in the book, my aunt used to stare at the spinning ball of light. He would tell about the time he suffered with his brother during the years of famine and subsequent persecution... You will cry, I will not read anymore. They say read, I won't cry anymore. He wanted me to read a book...

My mother really liked the book "My art is my life" by Shara Zhienkulova. For the first time, he read excerpts of the story about the life of a dancer from the Star magazine. Later, when it came out as a book, we recorded it from the library and read it together (I wanted to be a dancer in the 7th grade and signed up for a dance club at the House of Culture. But I only went for two months). Later, when I watched the film about "Bishi Shara", I remember that I enjoyed those episodes as if I had seen them before.

Reading books and analyzing the work read were favorite activities of our aunt Manat Aliyeva, teacher of Kazakh language and literature. Raushan used to teach the symbol of communist and Shuga out loud in class. That method is the right basis! Even the boys who did not want to listen at first and were talking, at one point became numb and did not even answer the call.

One book brought back many memories... In schools, you should read, analyze, or revive the reader's club. There are such clubs in city libraries. Young people go, 2-3 times I also went to meet. But I want to make that beautiful lesson a necessity at school. Let the children choose a book to read together. It is clear that if it starts, it will be systematized. First of all, boys and girls would be interested if the teacher was interested in this. The most important thing is, of course, that reading is good if it is formed in the family. Those who waste several hours on mobile phones would not lose 40-60 minutes of that time to reading a book. Saying that it won't happen... Tell me.
Look, for example, in the country of Iceland, every 10th person writes a book in his life (recently, the number of people who write books has also increased). And about 93% of the population reads at least one book a year.

Indians read an average of 16 books a year, which is one of the highest rates in the world. In China, people read an average of 8 hours a week. It means 1-1 and a half hours a day. We also have the opportunity to read!

We designated a beautiful day in April as National Book Day. It does not mean that you can ignore the book the rest of the day. On the contrary, it's like reading and reviewing a book that will become your friend throughout the year, and this day is the day to report. And it is a day that inspires not only readers, but also writers. Book fairs were organized in central cities yesterday. It can be held every quarter instead of once a year. Not only to post a picture on social networks and report. Readers flocked and pretended to be looking for their writer, poet, and publisher. If reading marathons are also heating up...

The state has printed and distributed about 10 million works in the last 10 years to fill the library stock of the country. Now read those works. should be taught. At home, at school, in all environments.
