A conference on the topic "His fate is sorting the days" was held in the school-gymnasium as part of the anniversary events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great scientist-chemist, academician Evnei Arystanuly Boketov. School director Mukhamedin Syrym Koyshibayuly introduced the guests of the conference to the participants.
Karagandy relatives were honored guests at the said forum: Nursulu Ibraevna Boketova, doctor of philological sciences, professor, niece of Karaganda University named after E. Boketov, Aisulu Kamzabayovna Boketova, Ermek Kobehenovna Kelmagambetova-Karagandy. Deputy director of the school-gymnasium named after Kanysh Satbaev.

The speakers noted the important moments of the academician's biography, spoke about the scientific and creative works of the scientist who made a significant contribution to the metallurgy and chemistry of our country.
In honor of celebrating the anniversary, Deputy Akim of the district N.A. Nabiev presented a Certificate of Honor to N.I. Boketova. The head of the education department, Bulbul Ahmadivyna, noted that a number of events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of E.A. Boketov were held in Shal akin district and presented Nursulu Ibraevna with a certificate of honor.
