The first meeting of the attestation commission established under the education department of Shymkent was held.

The head of the board, Gulnaz Toralikovna Suleymenova, participated in the meeting and gave a detailed report on the new certification format, introduced changes, and the process through the "USTAZ" platform. Sholpan Saparbayovna Aitbaeva was elected.

The main goal of the certification commission is to fairly and transparently evaluate teachers and management staff in educational organizations, assign qualification categories.

According to the new changes, persons appointed to the position of head or deputy are now given a qualification category without attestation under special requirements. This norm applies to specialists who have completed leadership training programs, are in the personnel reserve and have experience in public service.

11 applications received in accordance with these requirements were approved at the meeting, and the candidates were assigned appropriate qualification categories.

This decision is an important initiative that paves the way for the professional development of management personnel.
