"The teacher who became a legend": the evening of memory

On May 14, an evening of memory was held at the Pushkin Library, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Honored Teacher of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professor, native of the Tarbagatai District of the East Kazakhstan region, Kanipa Omargalievna Bitibaeva.
Guests of the event were shown a video covering the main stages of the life and professional activity of Kanipa Omargalievna.
During the evening, warm memories and touching words about her teaching work were heard. The teacher's enormous contribution to the development of literature and innovative teaching methods were highly appreciated by the speakers:
Alibek Kalievich Kantarbayev, member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Citizen of the Katon-Karagay District.
Writer Sagymbek Akanov, who personally knew and appreciated the work of the great teacher. He shared his memories, helping those present to better understand the image of Kanipa Omargalievna.
Aizhan Kartaeva, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov, Director of the Research Institute "Abaytanu". She spoke in detail about the pedagogical path of K. Bitibaeva and the significance of her methodological heritage.
A special moment was the speech of Kanipa Omargalievna's student, Kuanysh Yerkin, whose dedication, which sounded in every word, was filled with deep respect for the memory of his teacher.
Sisters of Kanipa Apai - Zhanyl, Bakyt and Bakytgul - shared personal memories of the family and the environment in which they grew up, lifting the curtain on the formation of the personality of the outstanding teacher.
Poets also performed at the evening, performing poems and songs dedicated to Kanipa Omargalievna and her contribution to culture. Nostalgia, deep respect and sincere gratitude reigned in the hearts of students and admirers of her talent.
At the end of the evening, students of the Zhambyl Gymnasium with special expression read a touching poem by Serik Gabdullin "Altyn Adam" dedicated to Kanipa Bitibayeva.
The legacy of Kanipa Bitibayeva - an innovator in teaching Kazakh literature, whose name was known far beyond the borders of the republic and whom colleagues rightfully called a follower of Altynsarin - continues to live in the hearts of her students and in the history of pedagogy in Kazakhstan. The memorial evening became a worthy testimony to the invaluable contribution of Kanipa Omargalievna to science, literature and the education of the younger generation.
