The mass clean-up day "Clean Kazakhstan - Clean Region" is taking place in the Syrdarya district. The Tagzym square, the central park, and the Alley of Youth were the main gathering points for ordinary villagers, district institution employees, entrepreneurs, and “Zhasyl El” members in Terenozek.
- Our volunteers are expected to clean up here in accordance with the established tradition. We clean the streets and ditches, the surrounding areas of private residential buildings from garbage, - says the leader of the youth movements "Zhasyl El" and "Group of Volunteers" Nurzhan Seitzhanov. - We also whitewashed and painted small architectural structures installed in the recreation areas of Terenozek residents, as well as bridges and children's playgrounds. We took part in the improvement of the Alley of Youth.
Local entrepreneurs today installed new colorful architectural forms and laid new paving stones on the renovated “Tagzym” square. It's worth noting that since the start of “Taza Kazakhstan”, more than 548,299 residents from the region have participated in it. The cleanup of 505 squares and parks, 225 historical cultural monuments territories, 791 social facilities, 1,130 industrial and business facilities, 294 water bodies, 47 451 courtyards and streets has resulted in the removal of over 21 360 tons of garbage.
About 548 units of special equipment have been used, 129,358 tree seedlings have been planted.
