on selection to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve

The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve is one of the public initiatives of the Head of State, which is a social elevator for talented youth.

In 2025, selection to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will be held. Applications will be accepted from June 1 to June 30 of the current year.

The following persons may take part in the selection: citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, with higher education, speaking the state language with a certificate of at least level B1 and a total work experience of at least 5 years.

The selection to the Reserve consists of the following stages:

1) acceptance of documents from candidates;

2) assessment of the ability to work with text and numerical information;

3) solving situational problems;

4) assessment of competencies;

5) interview with candidates in the Expert Commission for selection to the Reserve;

6) consideration at a meeting of the National Commission of candidates recommended by the Expert Commission.

The following documents are submitted to participate in the selection:

1) a copy of an identity document;

2) a copy of an education document;

3) a copy of a document confirming work experience;

4) a valid official certificate of the established form on passing the exam in the state language.
