On June 1, 2025, the selection process for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will begin, in which citizens of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old, who speak the state language at least at the B1 level, with higher education and at least 5 years of work experience can participate.

The selection process consists of several stages and will be held from June to October 2025.

Based on its results, the 50 best candidates will be selected for the Reserve. Within 3 years from the date of enrollment, reservists can be appointed to various government positions directly without going through a competitive selection process.

An application for participation in the selection can be submitted from June 1 to June 30 on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz .

To participate in the selection process, you must upload copies of the following documents to your personal account:
1. Higher education diploma
2. A document confirming employment (according to art. 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
3. A valid QAZAQ RESMI TEST or KAZTEST certificate confirming proficiency in the state language at least at the B1 level.
