Dear participants of foreign economic activity! The Department of State Revenue for Kostanay region publishes for review the Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/13/2025 No. 202 "On certain issues of transportation of liquefied petroleum gas". The specified Order introduced a ban on the export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of liquefied petroleum gas (EAEU HS code 2711 12 970 0), propane (EAEU HS code 2711 12 940 0) and butane (EAEU HS code 2711 13 970 0) by road and rail for a period of six months, except in cases where specified in the order. The order will be effective from May 14, 2025. Application:  for 6 sheets.
