On May 20 of this year, at the initiative of the Beskaragai District Prosecutor’s Office and within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle, a joint preventive event aimed at ensuring the safety of children during the summer period was held at the District House of Culture in the village of Beskaragai.

The event was attended by representatives of the Beskaragai District Prosecutor’s Office, the police department, the emergency situations department, the district education department, as well as representatives of educational organizations — school principals, deputy principals for educational work, psychologists, and students.

During the meeting, the following relevant topics were discussed:

• Preventive measures to ensure the life and safety of children during the summer period (G.B. Tlepbergenov);

• Measures to ensure the safety of schoolchildren (E.E. Dairbekov);

• Compliance with safety rules during swimming and fire safety (A.S. Kabidenov).

In addition, explanatory work was carried out on the prevention of offenses, the harm of drug addiction, and the legal responsibility of minors.

The students presented an educational anti-drug performance, which made a strong impression on the participants of the event.

The main goal of the event was to preserve the lives and health of children during the summer holidays, increase legal literacy, and create a safe environment in society.
