A digital document with information about guardians and their wards who have reached the age of 18 is now available in the eGov Mobile mobile application. It is created on the basis of information from the E-Sobes information system, where all registered guardians, trustees and their wards are recorded.

The document contains the following information: the guardian's IIN and full name, the guardian's date of birth, the ward's IIN and full name, the date of his birth, the number and date of the guardian's appointment order, as well as the "Valid on date" field. A QR code is provided to confirm authenticity: when scanning, a digital version opens, valid for 24 hours.

The information is displayed automatically for users with confirmed legal representative status after clicking the "Update documents" button in the "Digital Documents" section.

The electronic version of the order may be necessary in cases where official confirmation of the guardian's status is required – when receiving government payments, contacting banks, medical institutions and other organizations.

To use the service, you must:

log in to the eGov Mobile mobile application and go to the "Digital Documents" section;
in the "Family" category, read the information about custody or guardianship;
if the document is not displayed, click the "Update documents" button.

The new digital document was implemented within the framework of cooperation between the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC National Information Technologies, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC Center for Human Resources Development.
