On May 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the city's tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations was held under the chairmanship of the Akim of Kostanay, M.K. Zhundubaev, with the participation of representatives of the city's enterprises. This meeting was held as part of information and explanatory work on the main aspects of the social and labor sphere and the following issues were considered: the protection of workers' labor rights, the introduction of special social benefits to persons employed in harmful working conditions, social insurance – an additional form of social protection for the working population

During the meeting, the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Akimat of Kostanay", together with the Association for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship in Kostanay Region, was instructed to conduct information and explanatory work among employers on the creation of production councils and certification of workplaces on an ongoing basis and to inform employers about the inadmissibility of concealing the facts of accidents related to labor activity, as well as the heads of enterprises and organizations to ensure the fulfillment of obligations on social payments on time by strengthening the responsibility of those responsible for calculating mandatory payments.
